fair flavor and great value in this instance since Safeway had a buy-2-get-4-free club member deal. some (but not all) of the varieties with the green strip and "vegetable classics" at the top of the can are vegan. watch out for the ones which say vegetarian on the back but also say "contains milk ingredients". #aloha
