I had so much great food in Denver over Christmas and still catching up on posts! This breakfast sandwich had #watercourse’s homemade eggs served with greens and potatoes. Not my favorite thing from our brunch there (get the buffalo cauliflower!!!!) but pretty solid overall and worth trying.
