I cannot say enough good things about this 100% plant based restaurant. The seitan and waffles were the best thing I’ve ever eaten for breakfast. The savory buffalo sauce on the seitan mixed with the sweetness of the waffle was the combination I never knew I loved. (Boyfriend is not vegan and got the Benedict Florentine and said the tofu scramble was just like an egg)
