Made with witch hazel, organic aloe vera and grapefruit extract, this toner is non-drying. None of that tight effect after cleansing and toning that happens often with other products. I really feel it does clean the excess dirt and has helped my skin look healthier. Major brownie points for being vegan, cruelty and fragrance free!
