We tried Uncle’s Salted Caramel ice cream sandwich at VegFest Oahu this past year. Their plant-based ice cream is handmade and is so creamy an delicious! Their cookies are delectable. The combo of the two is heaven. Unfortunately, I ate mine before getting a picture🙃 #aloha
