If you like it hot (real hot!) this vegan ramen bowl can’t be beat. It contains soy based bacon, cabbage, carrots, noodles, black garlic and chili pepper oil. Like all their bowls, the portion size is generous so you may want to find a partner as crazy as you to split it with.
