Chocolate mousse en L.May Eatery — Reseña de jencoebeck (29 dic 2019)

This rich and yummy chocolate mousse had toasted pecans and homemade vanilla ice cream on top. (Strawberries optional). The chef shared with me that he used dates to sweeten it as he is sensitive to sugars in meals. It was divine.
