Hadn’t been to Pushkins in a while. They have a lot of new dishes on their vegan menu. I know “breakfast Caesar “ sounds funny but trust me! Homemade vegan ricotta, dressing and egg. Very fresh lettuce. Lots of capers and grilled portobellos. Big portion.
