Sautéed Eggplant en Minh Hien Vegetarian Restaurant — Reseña de vegandutchie (13 dic 2019)

This sauteed eggplant comes with a tamarint mixture. I loved it! One of the best dishes is had in this restaurant. The texture is good and oh that sauce.. yum! Order some garlic rice with it. Thank me later 😉
