Fried Spring Rolls en Quán chay Ưu Đàm — Reseña de Xueting (7 dic 2019)

The skin is fried, maybe deep-fried, to a nice crisp without being too oily or too dry. Inside, there’s lots of radishes, pumpkin (I think, or carrots) and mushrooms that really go well together.
