Great alternative to Mac and cheese. Really creamy and tasty. Great value and an easy meal. I’d recommend mixing in broccoli and maybe some vegan bacon and putting it in an over safe dish and baking it with breadcrumbs on top to make it a fuller meal. Although it is very filling alone.
