Cao Lau en Karma Waters — Reseña de Kayla (26 nov 2019)

One of the dishes I made as part of a vegan cooking class here (which is on their menu). This dish is off their special Vietnamese portion of the menu that needs to be ordered in advance. It’s a local specialty made with thick noodles, and veganized with fried rice crackers, mushroom, vegan ham, herbs, and veggies. Very delicious and filling.
