Baked Nyonya veggie "fish" is one of their signature dish. I like their food presentation. There are 3 slices of "fish" in this dish. They are baked together with some mixed vegetables and rich, sour and spicy sambal sauce. This dish is spicier 🌶 than other dishes but the spiciness can be reduced after we squeezed some fresh lime juice over it. I find that the food at Coco veggie Nyonya cuisine has its distinct character and taste. It is one of my top choice when I need to invite guests who love spicy vegan food. #nyonya #vmockmeat #veganfish
