This dish was absolutely delicious. It had tamari sautéed buckwheat and quinoa. With crunchy bits of tempeh and shiitake. The slices of avocado which was nice and firm. This had pulled Jackfruit which added a nice taste. The absolute kick to the dish was hemp hearts

Hemp hearts? What’s that? I think hemp is banned in Singapore. What a nice name for the dish too!
Hemp hearts is not related. It contains high amount of Omega 3 n 6. We only had a sprinkling of it. The white bits and it does not produce a THC effect.
