This dish was especially put together by Vatos for the annual Concious festival by Green Is The New Black.
One word: Delicious!
Streamed for 24 hours, this was a traditional Mexican recipe passed to the lovely cook from his grandma.
Looking forward to checking out Vatos’ restaurant for their vegan menu :D
