Sauteed Eggplant en Jisu Vegetarian Restaurant — Reseña de Kyōshin (22 oct 2019)

Eggplant was pretty soft, well-cooked. Sauce was just savory enough to add flavor. The peppers seemed fresh and added nice colors to presentation.
