The classic Italian tiramisu is made by soaking ladyfingers in espresso coffee and applying layers of whipped custard made using mascarpone and eggs. This vegan tiramisu cake is probably a tiramisu-inspired dessert. It incorporates coffee and chocolate flavour in this light and fluffy cake with cocoa powder as finishing touch. It indeed has some "lift me up" 😇 effect. In my opinion, it is the best in town!!! Whenever I passed by their bakeshop, I will check if the cake is available.
