I love this hot cereal! I have Celiac Disease which means that I cannot eat gluten, but what is not as well known is that some people with Celiac (including me) react to Avenin, the protein in Oats as well, so for me, Oatmeal is off the table. Thankfully, there are so many other delicious grains I can have for breakfast! Buckwheat is definitely one of my favorites!
