Aloo Tikki en Khansama Restaurant — Reseña de the backpacker (30 sept 2019)

Aloo tikki is the most famous chaat(Indian savory snack) from the North of India especially Delhi. This irresistible snack is made out of cooked and mashed potatoes, peas and other curry spices roasted on a greased tawa)(skillet). While I am writing this review, I have an urge of ordering an other Aloo tikki! This snack has done justice to it's name. I simply love this snack at this restaurant and can swear by its authenticity. I didn't find the same flavour at any other North Indian restaurant in Singapore!
Oh, and the picture I have posted doesn't show the aloo tikki because it has been covered by the sweet and sour chutney, green chutney, grated cabbage and beetroots and finally coriander leaves.
