honestly, not great. it’s cool that they offer the impossible burger here but the option for the vegan bun is just awful. i don’t know what makes the regular bun not vegan, or why the vegan bun is so terrible, but i would highly recommend staying far away from it. it was small, dense, chewy and felt more like a gluten free bun than a “vegan bun”, whatever that even is. i’m only giving 3 stars because it’s cool that they offer at least some vegan options, but i would not recommend this at all.
