Pastel de Papas en Epif — Reseña de pdxveg (7 sept 2019)

This was another main course from the rotating seasonal menu that was delicious and healthy. It consisted of layered chickpea “eggs” potatoes, and kale drizzled with a sweet bell pepper-tamarind sauce and served with a tomato-onion-cilantro salad.
