Big Bend en The Beer Plant — Reseña de Northern California Vegan (2 sept 2019)

Tasted so good! It comes with seitan marinated in barbecue sauce, slaw, and cashew cheddar cheese on a fresh pretzel bun. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese which was great.

Had to get takeout from The Beer Plant because it was packed! If you want to dine in, make a reservation well ahead of time. A little inconvenient, but I guess that means vegan food is popular! 🌿😁
