This isn’t your regular vegan cheesecake. It’s topped with coconut and mint and I think it is made from pumpkin? But the crust was very crunchy and kinda cookie like, the filling was very smooth. It’s not the cashew cheesecake you have to put in the freezer but it’s definitively worth the try!
