Review of Japanese monkeyhead mushroom curry rice at Vegan Bowl by shanna

The curry was a bit spicier than other japanese curries I have tried, and not too starchy, which is great. Miso soup is flavorful. The only thing I would suggest, might be better to get a better balance between the amount of rice and mushroom. Maybe less rice and more mushroom, or a small scoop of tofu?
