Review of Crepe- Coconut Mozzarella, Spinach, Mushroom + Tomato at Hibiscus by sarahbrandow

Full disclosure: I hate tomatoes so I got it without 😬🍅 . This crepe is really good! It was a bit heavy on the mushrooms, would have liked more zucchini instead. Still one of the best vegan savoury crepes I’ve had 🙂
