Fried oyster = texture was perfection! The crunch and taste was amazing. Did not feel oily.
Chicken nugget = delicious! Definitely not the nuggets you get from the freezer section. Season with chili and basil.
On choy = the best part of the meal! Distinct taste of ginger. SO FLAVORFUL. Almost tasted like it was cooked in tea.
