For me this dish was just too spicy as I am a bit of a wimp with spice but the flavours were absolutely delicious! The soup is really creamy.

The soup is rice, daikon and soycream and contains fried carrot & buckwheat seeds, green onions, sesame, 4 types of pepper, 3 types of chilli pepper and 2 herbs. Which might explain the spiciness!
