Grilled vegetables with sauce, fine rice vermicelli en Metta Vegetarian — Reseña de phi (5 jun 2019)

Number 14 on the menu. The melon covered in thick sauce is supposed to imitate caramelised pork but again in the menu the restaurant just named the dish after what it is. Very nutritious and true to Vietnamese tradition. Put the piece of melon in a lettuce lead together with mint, cucumber, and pineapple. Wrap it up and eat it! I totally forgot to let my friends from the UK know how it all works.
