The Seitan Roast at TYF in London is any British Vegans must have on a Sunday visit. The Sunday Roast is perfectly replicated with this dish, and you can also swap out the Seitan for a Lentil Roast instead of you prefer.

Great props to the chef for this clever alternative especially with the Yorkshire pudding!
