Review of Mushroom lasagna - Wicked by everyoneherematters

Feels very healthy as cooked meals go! Mushrooms are diced so small you can barely taste them but the meal includes thinly sliced courgette and spinach leaves with pasta and the sauce. An enjoyable meal.
