Review of King Mushroom Head Burger at nomVnom Bistro by starlight7

This burger was special since it had a steamed patty instead of the usual fried one. While it may seem unappetizing at first, the texture really caught on. It was thick and chewy but just enough so it doesn't tire you from all the chewing!

The patty was not too salty either. Lettuce, tomatoes, mushroom sauce and truffle mayo completed this burger. They added a crunch and a sweeter flavour to this burger. The bun was soft and did not harden even after some hours A recommended dish and value for money!
