I probably would have never picked this pizza just from seeing it on a menu, but it looked very appetizing as they had it displayed. Not big chunks of the sprouts like I would have otherwise thought. They're just small shavings, giving it just the right amount of Brussel Sprout flavor, not overwhelming and a nice complement to the cheese and bread.
Their salad bar has a great variety. I don't remember everything pictured here (I put so many different veggies that some were buried at the bottom), but as you can see, this one has spinach, garbanzo and kidney beans, cucumbers and quinoa and a dressing. They have vegan creamy dressings which I like because I don't care for the balsamic vinaigrettes.
