I didn't like the quorn filets but decided to give this brand another chance. Got this on discount from redmart and its $5 a pack. Made of mycoprotein and thankfully didnt have the sour taste like the filets. Tastes ok boiled but perhaps it would be better fried.

Noob qn: Is rehydrated egg white considered vegan?
edit: not vegan! :( now i need to check the quorn nuggets too
Careful they contain egg whites and animal products I don't like this brand. What's your thoughts?
