Review of Deep Fried Handmade Tofu with Water Chestnuts & Mushrooms at Din Tai Fung by jashment

This might be my favourite dish at Din Tai Fung. Crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Would recommend dipping it into the sweet chilli sauce for added flavour!
