I didn't have an extra container to take away the soup that comes with every buddha bowl, so I decided to dine in and boy, I'm so glad I did! The soup tastes just like the double-boiled old cucumber soup my grandma used to make, so soothing and nourishing. Loved that they added cashews and corn into the mix too! Finished. Every. Single. Drop.
