Review of Quinoa and Kale Salad at PizzaExpress by vikas

Salad is such a waste of calories if you’re at a pizzeria but @mrsgarg always orders it. Finally found one that I would order, perhaps even instead of a pizza (I’m seriously getting fat so that might be best for everyone). Really great kale salad with quinoa and citrus. Super simple, healthy and perfect in every way! The dressing is a vegan miso base and I think sesame which was really good.
