Buckwheat flour can be difficult to work with as it is denser than wheat so i am surprised to be served with such fluffy and moist pancakes. It also has a nutty flavour to it which is something different from your normal wheat-based pancakes. Paired with house-made almond butter and chocolate drizzle, this is a rich and indulgent breakfast one can have! :)
