with potato noodles, onion consommé, sautéed shrooms, pickled snow fungus, chive oil.
Very subtle dish, maybe too much - it was a bit bland and the noodles are drowning in the sauce. I wasn't a huge fan.

it sounds delicious! too bad the taste didn't turn out as well :(
