Vegan Moussaka en nood food — Reseña de Kayla (4 oct 2018)

I was super excited to try this dish made with the #impossible meat. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. It was filling, but there was way too much “meat” in this, which was quite greasy (there were pools of oil at the bottom of the dish). This is layered with eggplant and some sort of pungent cheese (cashew, I’m assuming). That’s it. I was hoping there would be more ingredients/flavours in this. I didn’t hate this but probably wouldn’t order it again.
