tofu croquette en HRVST Cafe & Bar — Reseña de Sabrina Chu (10 sept 2018)

Crisp outer shell gives way to tender innards of a mixture of mushroom, tofu and wakame. A croquette with a Japanese accent that goes well with the accompanying yuzu-kosho mayo. A moreish, umami-rich appetizer.

the last time i had this, everyone said it was bland. sounds like they have improved their recipe since then! :D
