This was really good! There weren’t a lot of options for restaurants with vegan choices in the near vicinity, but this looked new and interesting. Unfortunately, they had several vegetarian options, but not many vegan options, so Zupas needs to improve on that. The Thai Coco Tofu Bowl was yummy though and very healthy as well so I would recommend it! #roosterredemption
