Review of Cauliflower Steak at Red Lion Smokehouse by kaylabear

This meat-based pub has vegan specials every Wednesday, where they use local produce to create something interesting. This dish was huge! The smoked chickpea dip was amazing, and the combination of veggies was fantastic (especially the kale chips).
