This was a bit chunky and I would've preferred it to be smoother but it was still nice! I liked that we were given the option to add the coconut and pumpkin cream to it ourselves so we could add as much or as little as we wanted to. Some very traditional chinese restaurants may use pork lard (my mom says apparently it's tastier that way 😂) instead of vegetable oil in this so be sure to check before you order it! #yam #yampaste #orhnee #gingko #dessert #mandarinoriental
