Vegan Chorizo Burrito en Pablo y Pablo — Reseña de ybhutada (12 jul 2018)

While I loved having a vegan chorizo option, what this dish felt lacking in was a bit of acidity and cut to the boldness of the chorizo. A lighter salsa or some greens could help brighten it up a bit. That being said, the vegan chorizo taco achieves this balance and I'd go with that over the burrito! I still love that they have this option and would take it over most other Mexican options.
