Como Uma Ubud offers multiple breakfast options for Veg*ns and everything we tasted on the menu was fantastic. This dish is essentially the humble Pulu Hitam but so so good! Perfectly creamy black rice with mangoes, a silky and perfectly balanced coconut cream and generous shavings of young coconut. I wiped the whole bowl clean in a matter of minutes! Best start to my morning.
