A generous filling of rendang curry flavoured mushrooms in a light and airy bread. I enjoyed the umami flavours of the mushrooms filling and the overall freshness of the sandwich. Will definitely go back and try their other veg*n sandwich options. They serve it with a side mango yoghurt which you can ask them to exclude to keep your plate vegan.
