Looks nice and all. That's what their establishment is all about. But then, once I sank my teeth into the croquette hor, I was confused. Why is the tofu in this croquette like Lao Ban beancurd. They should've used firm tofu. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
