This dish was bright, beautiful, and delicious!
Although the name of the restaurant says vegetarian everything is 100% plant-based. I love going to this restaurant because I know I can choose anything on the menu and it is so tasty and vegan!
It's tucked in a very small location and doesn't look big on the outside but there are plenty of tables inside and they do a huge Carryout Service too. They also offer a lunch buffet with a choice of two entrees, a variety of vegetables and rice. My husband is not vegan and he loves everything he's had there too. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
