Review of Grilled Tofu+Soba in Yuzu Wasabi Dressing at WHEAT Baumkuchen One Raffles Place by janicita79

This was a place which offered standard set protein bowls you can choose from ($10) or DIY your own bowl ($11).

I chose the only vegetarian option of a main which is grilled tofu, out of other non veg options of at least 5. So I do wish they had another option say tempeh? But otherwise the grilled tofu was actually very tasty with generous portions. I also added 5 veg - grilled corn, asparagus, onsen egg, edamame and shimeiji mushrooms. I opted for Cha soba and a yuzu wasabi dressing which they could give a lil more.

Overall the meal was satisfying and value for money. Service was friendly too and they didn’t charge me for hot water which surprised me. Yay! I would definitely return.

Ps: Green factor - They had disposable cutlery for dine-in/out though for dine in, the box they served in was paper which was good. For takeaways they had the regular plastic containers. Wish they could look into the dining in cutlery.
(I brought my own cutlery.)
