This is the best thing I’ve tried at Working Amazing. I reckon they use the same “meat” for the duck and popcorn chicken, but the scallion pancake is top knot ! It is so flaky and buttery, and the hoisin plum sauce is amazing.

Super delicious bao bun 🤤 sweet and savory at its best! The wholemeal bun is soft and fluffy and is filled with barbecue “pork” filling. $4 for a droolicious bun!

The Woking food truck does some of the best eats in town. Their signature dish (pictured top) is a spring onion pancake bursting with crispy 'duck', shredded cucumber and hoisin plum sauce. Definitely worth the often long wait in line. So good! #alv #veganin2020

The best plant-based fish I've had! It's crispy on the outside, has the texture of fish on the inside and the seaweed layer gives it that 'fishy' smell and taste. The wasabi mushy peas was bland but the other sauce was a great pairing. The fries were neverending!
